What Am I Part Of?
I am now a full-time volunteer missionary with Youth With A Mission. YWAM is a global movement of Christians from many cultures, age groups and Christian traditions, dedicated to serving Jesus throughout the world. We unite in a common purpose to know God and to make Him known. YWAM operates in over 1,000 locations in over 150 different countries. Many of our short-term efforts have grown into long-term endeavors that have impacted lives and nations. I am staffing with the Discipleship Training School called Trailblazers. Our school’s focus is on preaching the Gospel to nations and people groups who have never heard of the Gospel before. Our school is based on these three words: Beloved, Boldness and Pioneer.
What Is My Role?
As a staff, I will be discipling young adults to grow closer in their relationship with Jesus. I help facilitate classes, disciple our students and prepare them for missions! During our 3 months of lecture the students will be learning so much about God in such a short amount, I will be here to help them process and turn them to God. Then after the 3 months of lecture we get sent out into the nations for a 3 month outreach! For outreach phase I am co-leading a team of 8 students around the world to spread the Good News and putting everything they just learned into practice! This is just a short summary of what I am doing but I have much more responsibilities and doing much more things!

Where Am I Going on Outreach?
Me and my co-leader, Julia, will be leading a team of 8 students to Peru! We will be traveling into the Amazon jungle to share the Gospel with villages and tribes that have never heard of Jesus before! We are partnering with the current long-term ministries that are already working in Peru and helping them with what God is already doing in the Amazon! We will be sharing the Gospel, planting churches/house groups, discipling the community and much more!
